Read-only access vs provisioning

Is read-only possible? Yes, and it’s the only mode this connector supports. Zoho People syncs user account records from your HRIS into Lumos, and there’s no provisioning path back into Zoho People. What read-only requires. An Admin account in Zoho People to complete the connection popup, as described below. There’s no separate read-only credential since every connection is read-only. Watch out for. This connector can’t pull in roles today, so role-based reviews built on this integration will be incomplete until that limitation is lifted.

Instructions

  1. Find the Zoho People card in your Lumos integrations (reconnect an existing card or add a new one).
  2. Click the Connect button.
  3. Follow the prompts in the popup window, completing the actions as an Admin.

Troubleshooting

Can’t connect the integration. Complete the popup flow while logged in as an Admin in Zoho People.
