You will be able to connect Webex to Lumos to sync users, suspend accounts, and deprovision access.

Capabilities

Deprovisioning

Required plan and roles

  • Account level: No minimum account level is required.
  • Connecting user: You need an Admin account to complete the connection prompts.

Read-only access vs provisioning

Is read-only possible? No. Connecting Webex only offers one path, an Admin account completing the OAuth popup, and that access already includes suspending and deprovisioning people. What full provisioning requires. An Admin account completing the connection prompts described in the steps below. No additional role or scope is needed beyond that Admin connection for Lumos to suspend or deprovision Webex people. Watch out for. Anyone who can complete the connection can also suspend or delete Webex accounts afterward, since the same Admin credential covers both. No minimum Webex account level is required, but a full Admin is.
