You’ll be able to connect Celigo to Lumos and manage it alongside your other integrations.

Capabilities

Activity Tracking

Status: Supported. Lumos reads last-activity data for Celigo accounts.

Required plan and roles

Connect Celigo with credentials generated in your Celigo account. Create them as a Celigo administrator, then enter them on the connector card in Lumos.

Read-only access vs provisioning

Is read-only possible? No. Celigo authenticates with a single account-level API token created by an account owner or administrator, and Celigo does not offer a narrower read-only token type. What full provisioning requires. The API token described above and nothing further. Log in to integrator.io as an account owner or administrator, go to Resources > API tokens, create or copy a token, then supply it along with an account identifier for this connection and your region. Follow the steps below. Once connected, Lumos can create, activate, deactivate and delete Celigo users, and grant or remove both global roles and per-integration roles. Watch out for. The main thing is that the token carries write access whether or not you use it, so the connection is provisioning-capable from the moment it is made. Treat the token as a privileged credential and rotate it as you would any admin key. Two behaviours are worth knowing before you build workflows on it. Removing a global role does not leave the user with no role, it moves them down to the Monitor access level instead, so a revocation shows as a downgrade rather than a removal. And creating a Celigo user sends an invitation, so the new account stays pending until the person accepts it and will not appear as active immediately. Your region setting also has to match where your Celigo account runs, because it decides which regional endpoint Lumos calls.

Instructions

Phase 1: Prepare Celigo credentials
  1. Log in to Celigo as an administrator.
  2. Generate the credentials Lumos will use to authenticate.
Phase 2: Connect in Lumos
  1. Find the Celigo card in your Lumos integrations (reconnect an existing card or add a new one).
  2. Enter your Celigo credentials, as well as a self-identifying Account ID and region
  3. Click Connect.

Troubleshooting

Connection fails. Confirm the credentials are current and were created by a Celigo administrator, then reconnect.
