You’ll be able to connect Mode to Lumos to see members of your Mode organization and to offboard them.

Capabilities

  • List users and entitlements. Lumos reads the memberships in your Mode organization for visibility and Access Reviews.
  • Deprovision account. Lumos can disable a user’s membership in the organization.

Required plan and roles

  • Mode access: an administrator of your Mode organization.
  • API credentials: the connection uses a Mode API token. Enter it on the Lumos connection card.

Read-only access vs provisioning

Is read-only possible? Not as a documented option. The same Mode API token Lumos uses to list your organization’s members is also used to disable a user’s membership, and no narrower, read-only token is documented. What full provisioning requires. The API token described below, generated by an administrator of your Mode organization. That token is what lets Lumos disable a user’s membership during offboarding. Watch out for. This connector’s only write action is disabling a membership. There’s no account creation or reactivation through this integration.
