You’ll be able to connect Pipedrive to Lumos to see users, their roles, and last activity, and to offboard people.

Capabilities

  • List users. Lumos reads the users in your Pipedrive organization for visibility and Access Reviews.
  • Find roles. Lumos reads which role each user holds, so Access Reviews show role assignments.
  • Find last activity. Lumos reads each user’s last activity for inactivity reviews.
  • Suspend. Lumos can suspend a user, which reclaims their license.

Required plan and roles

  • Pipedrive access: an administrator of your Pipedrive company.
  • API token: the connection uses a Pipedrive API token. Enter it on the Lumos connection card.

Read-only access vs provisioning

Is read-only possible? No. Pipedrive authenticates with a single API token belonging to an admin, and that same token is used both to read users and to suspend them. What full provisioning requires. The same admin-owned API token, entered on the Lumos connection card. Follow the steps below. Watch out for. If the token’s owner loses admin rights or the token is deactivated in Pipedrive, the sync and the suspend capability stop together since they share one credential. There’s no way to keep the sync running while disabling the suspend action.

Instructions

Phase 1: Connect in Lumos
  1. Find the Pipedrive card in your Lumos integrations.
  2. Enter the API token shown on the connection card.
  3. Click Connect.

Troubleshooting

Connection fails. Confirm the API token belongs to an admin and is still active in Pipedrive, then reconnect.
