You don’t need to administer Lumos to use it. This section covers the tasks most people at your company do in Lumos.

Got a Lumos request?

Find the Slack message you got and see what to do, from approving access to confirming an account or finishing a review.

Find an app in the AppStore and request the access you need.

Use the /appstore command to request access without leaving Slack.

Act on requests that come to you in Slack or the Task Center.

Send a request to someone better placed to approve it.

For app admins: confirm you’ve created the account or granted the access.

A short video that walks you through approving or revoking the access assigned to you.

Show that access was removed when Lumos can’t remove it automatically.

Look over a policy someone shared with you and leave your verdict as a comment.

Decide which apps and permissions your team gets, and propose changes for your admin team to publish.
