You will be able to connect Checkr to Lumos to sync users and roles. This is a read-only integration.

Required plan and roles

  • Checkr access: you need access to your Checkr settings to generate a SCIM API token.
  • Authentication: the integration uses a SCIM API token (bearer token).
  • Scopes: no extra scopes are required.

Instructions

Phase 1: Generate a token in Checkr
  1. In Checkr, generate a SCIM API token and note your Account ID.
Phase 2: Connect in Lumos
  1. Click the Checkr card in your Lumos integrations (reconnect an existing card or add a new one).
  2. Enter the Token and Account ID.
  3. Click Connect.

Troubleshooting

Can’t connect the integration. Confirm the SCIM API token is valid and not revoked, and that the Account ID matches the account the token belongs to. Regenerate the token in Checkr if needed.
