You’ll be able to connect Cursor to Lumos and sync your Cursor team members, their teams and roles, and last-login activity for visibility and Access Reviews.Capabilities
Required plan and roles
- Cursor role: you create the API key from the Admin API Keys section of the Cursor dashboard, so the person connecting needs admin access to your Cursor team.
- Permission scoping: this is a read-only integration. Lumos syncs users, teams, roles, and activity but doesn’t provision or deprovision anything in Cursor.
- Activity tracking: supported. The integration syncs each user’s last login, derived from team audit logs.
Read-only access vs provisioning
Is read-only possible? Yes. This is a read-only integration. What read-only requires. An Admin API key created from Settings, then Advanced, then Admin API Keys in the Cursor dashboard, by someone with admin access to your Cursor team. Follow the steps below. Watch out for. Cursor shows the Admin API key only once, at creation, so save it immediately or you will need to generate a new one and reconnect. There is no provisioning mode to switch to. Creating users, changing roles, or deactivating accounts has to be done directly in Cursor.Instructions
