You’ll be able to connect Airbase to Lumos to ingest contract records and their documents.

Capabilities

  • Contract ingestion. Lumos reads contract intake records from Airbase and pulls the associated contract documents.
Airbase does not expose a user management API, so Lumos does not list or offboard users for this integration. That is expected, and the connector will not show as errored.

Required plan and roles

  • Airbase access: an administrator who can create API credentials in Airbase.
  • API credentials: enter the credentials shown on the Lumos connection card.

Read-only access vs provisioning

Is read-only possible? Yes, and it’s the only mode this connector supports. Airbase does not expose a user management API, so Lumos only reads contract intake records and their documents. There is nothing for it to provision. What read-only requires. The API credentials an Airbase administrator creates, entered on the Lumos connection card. Follow the steps below. Watch out for. Because there’s no user management API, this integration will never list or offboard Airbase users, that’s expected and doesn’t mean the connector is broken. There’s also no validation endpoint that confirms credentials before a record ID is known, so a bad credential usually only surfaces on the first contract sync rather than at connection time.

Instructions

Phase 1: Connect in Lumos
  1. Find the Airbase card in your Lumos integrations.
  2. Enter the credentials shown on the connection card.
  3. Click Connect.

Troubleshooting

Connection fails. Airbase has no simple validation endpoint that works before a record ID is known, so a connection issue usually surfaces on the first contract sync. Confirm the credentials are valid in Airbase and reconnect.
