AppStore
Redirect to External Request Portals Organizations can now configure AppStore tiles to redirect users to external request systems (like Jira, ServiceNow, or custom portals), while still benefiting from centralized app discovery in Lumos. This feature allows for flexible, phased adoption without disrupting existing access workflows. Help Center ArticleAccess Reviews
UAR Advanced Admin Configurations Access Review campaigns now offer more control with configurable scheduling, reviewer instructions, and decision constraints. Admins can choose review cycles based on weekdays or calendar dates, customize notification content, and enforce decision policies like mandatory justification for high-risk apps. Day 0 Access: Pre-IdP Provisioning for Okta and OneLogin Lumos now supports lifecycle actions ahead of an employee’s start date like email address creation and IdP account setup before the identity reaches Okta or OneLogin. This means IT teams can automatically prepare new hire accounts, including provisioning to AD, even if the user hasn’t started yet. This streamlines onboarding and eliminates the need for brittle scripts. Help Center Article Attribute Syncing LCM now supports outbound attribute syncs to downstream systems like Okta, OneLogin, and Active Directory. Admins can configure field mappings using the Lumos Expression Language and view full audit logs of sync activity in Workflow Records. Help Center Article Mover Monitoring Real-time visibility into employee changes (role, department, manager, etc.) via a centralized Movers dashboard as they happen in your HRIS. Instead of learning about changes only after something breaks, IT teams can now proactively filter and track movements by user, attribute, or time. This update lays the foundation for future automation of access grants and revokes (coming in Q3) and offers API hooks for downstream workflows today. Help Center ArticlePolicy Management
Albus - Policy Mining [BETA] This beta introduces an AI-powered chat interface that helps teams define and refine access policies using real data. Instead of relying on tribal knowledge or spreadsheets, admins can generate access policy recommendations based on app usage and HRIS attributes, slashing the time to create policies from hours to minutes. In the future, we’ll be able to support actual automated policy creation. Albus is a major step toward intelligent, scalable policy governance. Contact your CSM if you’re interested in getting involved in this Beta. More information here.Integrations
