Background
Lumos sends emails to employees during access requests, approvals, reviews, and other workflows. By default, these emails use Lumos branding. For many organizations, especially at scale, emails that don’t reflect a company’s brand can feel unfamiliar or raise trust concerns. Branded Notifications allow admins to apply their company’s visual identity to Lumos emails so messages are recognizable and consistent for employees. What are Branded Notifications?
