Situation

An account in my access review is tagged as having “Admin Privileges” in the Category column, but it’s not an admin in the app.

Solution

Lumos looks at all entitlement-related columns for the app and scans the data for the words “Admin” or “Owner” (not case-sensitive). All columns in your access review are checked for these words exceptthe following:
  • Account
  • Title
  • Review Status
  • Employment Status
  • Account Status
  • Team
  • Manager
If either of these words show up in any other column in your access review (even if the column isn’t visible to reviewers), the account will be labeled as having *“*Admin Privileges”.

Can I change this behavior?

The Lumos team is able to enable a Feature Flag that will ignore Admin flagging for any entitlement with entitlement_type GROUP, regardless of the label. Please reach out via Slack or email (support@lumos.com), and a member of the Lumos team can assist you in getting this updated.
