When you use Lumos to automate offboarding workflows, you can track the progress of each removal request to confirm that all access is removed from applications in a timely manner. This includes any sub-tasks that different admins throughout your organization need to complete.

Viewing all In-Progress Offboardings

Any time an offboarding is scheduled or started in Lumos, a record of it appears on the Employee Lifecycle > Offboarding page.

For each employee, the record shows who initiated the offboarding, when it started, and when it completed. To view details about the progress of individual workflows, click the “open” button next to the employee’s name. This shows a detailed breakdown of the steps run in the workflow.

FAQ

Why is my Offboarding Record empty?

An offboarding record can be empty for the following reasons:
  • If your offboarding workflow doesn’t include any steps, the record appears empty. To modify your offboarding workflow, go to Employee Lifecycle > Offboarding > Settings and select the pencil icon under “Offboarding Workflow”.
  • If the offboarding you’re viewing was initiated before Fall 2024, detailed tracking data may not be available. Newer offboardings include more granular information.
