[1.2] - 2026-10-15
Changed
- Claude Cowork tool calls now appear under their own Cowork harness in MCP Tool Usage, instead of as Claude Code. The Claude Code hook sends which client made the call.
- The hooks ignore each user’s personal
~/.curlrc, so a local curl setting can’t stop calls from reaching Lumos.
Action
- Download the hook config and replace the old one in your MDM. Until you do, Cowork calls keep showing as Claude Code.
- Users who installed through the per-user install page re-run it. Codex asks them to trust the updated hooks again in
/hooks.
[1.1] - 2026-10-15
Changed
- On macOS, one configuration profile now carries the hooks for both Claude Code and Codex. Codex no longer needs a separate
requirements.toml. - The new profile replaces the Claude Code-only profile on each Mac instead of sitting beside it.
- Linux is no longer part of the MDM setup. Linux users install through the per-user install page.
Action
- Download the macOS profile and replace the old one in your MDM.
- Don’t deploy a second profile for the
com.openai.codexpreference domain. Two profiles for the same domain collide. A/etc/codex/requirements.tomlfile on disk is fine.
[1.0] - 2026-10-13
Added
- Hook configs carry a version, and each tool call reports the version of the config that sent it. The Deployment tab shows how many calls come from each version.
- Calls from configs deployed before versioning appear as No version reported.
Action
- Download the hook config and re-upload it to your MDM, so the Deployment tab can show which devices are current.
