Get AppStore Settings
Get an app’s AppStore configuration: whether it appears in the catalog, who is allowed to request it, which time-based access durations are offered, and any custom intake fields shown on the request form.
If you are already fetching the app, GET /v1/apps/{app_uuid}?expand=appstore_settings returns the same object inline.
