# Zoho People

You will be able to connect Zoho People to Lumos to sync users from your HRIS.

Current limitation: Lumos can't pull in roles for this integration.

## Required plan and roles

* **Zoho People role:** you need to complete the connection as an **Admin**.

## Read-only access vs provisioning

**Is read-only possible?** Yes, and it's the only mode this connector supports. Zoho People syncs user account records from your HRIS into Lumos, and there's no provisioning path back into Zoho People.

**What read-only requires.** An Admin account in Zoho People to complete the connection popup, as described below. There's no separate read-only credential since every connection is read-only.

**Watch out for.** This connector can't pull in roles today, so role-based reviews built on this integration will be incomplete until that limitation is lifted.

## Instructions

1. Find the Zoho People card in your Lumos integrations ([reconnect](https://app.lumosidentity.com/integrations?tab=connected) an existing card or [add a new one](https://app.lumosidentity.com/integrations?tab=can_integrate)).
2. Click the **Connect** button.
3. Follow the prompts in the popup window, completing the actions as an Admin.

## Troubleshooting

**Can't connect the integration.** Complete the popup flow while logged in as an Admin in Zoho People.
