# Webex

## After this article

You will be able to connect Webex to Lumos to sync users, suspend accounts, and deprovision access.

## Capabilities

**Deprovisioning**

## Required plan and roles

* **Account level:** No minimum account level is required.
* **Connecting user:** You need an Admin account to complete the connection prompts.

## Read-only access vs provisioning

**Is read-only possible?** No. Connecting Webex only offers one path, an Admin account completing the OAuth popup, and that access already includes suspending and deprovisioning people.

**What full provisioning requires.** An Admin account completing the connection prompts described in the steps below. No additional role or scope is needed beyond that Admin connection for Lumos to suspend or deprovision Webex people.

**Watch out for.** Anyone who can complete the connection can also suspend or delete Webex accounts afterward, since the same Admin credential covers both. No minimum Webex account level is required, but a full Admin is.

## Instructions

**Phase 1: Connect Webex in Lumos**

1. Click the **Webex** card in your Lumos integrations. Use **Reconnect** for an existing connection, or add a new one.
2. Click **Connect**.
3. Follow the prompts in the popup window using an Admin account.

Last activity data is gathered through your IdP.

## Troubleshooting

**Can't connect the integration.** Make sure you complete the popup prompts using an Admin account. No minimum account level is required for the connection.
