# ServiceTitan

## Required plan and roles

* **ServiceTitan access:** you'll need credentials from your ServiceTitan account to authorize the connection.

## Read-only access vs provisioning

**Is read-only possible?** Yes, and it's the only mode available. The ServiceTitan connector registers no provisioning actions at all, so every connection is read-only no matter what the credential itself is allowed to do in ServiceTitan. There is no provisioning variant of this connector to request instead.

**What read-only requires.** The credentials shown on the ServiceTitan connection card in Lumos. Follow the steps below.

**Watch out for.** Capability details for this connector aren't fully documented, so check the connector card in Lumos for the current capability set if you need to confirm exactly what syncs.

## Instructions

**Phase 1: Connect in Lumos**

1. Find the ServiceTitan card in your Lumos integrations.
2. Enter the credentials shown on the connection card.
3. Click **Connect**.

## Troubleshooting

**Connection fails.** Confirm the credentials you entered are valid in ServiceTitan and haven't been revoked, then reconnect.
