# Can I delete an access review?

> Find out how a Lumos Admin deletes an Access Review from the review list, why it is not recommended, and that Lumos never deletes reviews automatically.

## How to delete an access review

Lumos strongly recommends **against** deleting an Access Review unless you're sure you'll no longer need the data.

The only way access reviews can be deleted is if a Lumos Admin manually clicks **Delete Review** from the list of [access reviews](https://app.lumosidentity.com/access_reviews). The screenshot below shows how to do this.

## Does Lumos ever automatically delete access reviews?

No. Lumos retains access review data, including decisions and reports, indefinitely.
