Your company is using Lumos to make requesting access to software faster than ever!
If you got an alert from Lumos asking you to provision a user to an app, read on to understand what you need to do next.
What does it mean to “Confirm Provisioning”?
When you confirm provisioning, you tell Lumos that you’ve finished giving that requester access to the app.
Clicking “Confirm Provisioning” in Lumos won’t create or modify an account for a user in that app. It just notifies Lumos and the requester that the user’s access is ready to go.
You need to log into the app to verify that the requester’s access is correct before you confirm!
